Lucía Ponce Fontana, is a Lawyer and a Public Notary graduated from Universidad Francisco Marroquín, she began her career on Corporate, Intellectual Property and Banking Law, giving legal advice to different entities, including Guatemala’s Banks.
After she obtained her L.L.M. at the University of Texas, on Austin, she became interested on International Law and Corporate Governance, which led her to giving advice and directing entities of different industries, both on Guatemala and on an International level.
She is a founding partner of GPE Legal and is the Director of the Corporate and International area. Her interest in business led her to study course of Entrepreneurship and becoming a founder, director and member of the Council of Administration of societies related with construction and business coaching.
