Ronald Armando García, is a Lawyer and a Public Notary graduated from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala who started working at GPE Legal on May of 2018. Since then he has focused specifically in litigation in different areas of public and private law, he has also been in charge of different types of civil procedures according to Guatemala’s law, as well as tax law, family law, and labor law.
He has given legal advice such as: mediation, administrative procedures, business intervention, family law, credit recovery, payment of honorariums, oppositions at the Intellectual Property Registry, making all kinds of lawsuits, and payment of due rents owed.
